    For the convenience of Guests, there is an ironing room located on the 2nd floor of the hotel. You can access it free of charge at any time.
  • BREAKFAST

    Breakfast at the "Omega" restaurant (on the second floor of the hotel) is served in a buffet format.

    To order the "Breakfast to go" service, please contact the administrator at 1001. To order breakfast in your room, please fill out the order form located in your room and hang it on the door handle before 22:00 (this service is additionally charged).

  • We offer Internet access (Wi-Fi) in every room, on the hotel floors, in the lobby, and in the restaurant. Internet usage is a free service. Connection instructions: enter the password indicated on the guest card and connect to the network. If you need assistance connecting to the Internet, please contact the Reception Desk administrator at 1001.
  • DRINKING WATER

    In each room, you are offered 1 liter of bottled drinking water. The water supply is replenished daily. You can also purchase bottled drinking water 24/7 at the Lobby Bar in the "Omega" building. Tap water in your room is not intended for drinking! Please note that drinking tap water is unsafe for your health.
  • LIBRARY AND BOARD GAMES

    Take some time to relax and unwind in our library located in the lobby on the 2nd floor, where you will find books to suit any taste and a cozy reading atmosphere, as well as board games.
  • LUGGAGE HANDLING AND STORAGE

    You can request luggage handling services at any time by contacting the Reception Desk administrator. The luggage storage room is located in the lobby on the first floor of the hotel and operates 24 hours a day. Luggage can be stored in the storage room for up to 10 hours free of charge after check-out time.
  • CHILDREN'S PLAYGROUND

  • PARKING

The pass is issued upon check-in at the reception desk and is valid for the duration of your stay.
  • SAFE

    We do not recommend leaving valuables in your room. The hotel is not responsible for valuables not deposited for storage. We offer you to store them in the personal safe in your room. Usage instructions are located on the safe door. Important: upon check-out, please do not forget your personal belongings in the safe and leave the safe door open for the next guest. If you forget the access code to the safe or encounter any other problem using the safe, please contact the reception desk at 1001.
